Men of Faith · Identity · Leadership · Marriage

Rise. Then Soar.

For men of faith who know they're not where they should be - in their identity, their leadership, and their marriage.

Leadership isn't just what you do at work - it's who you are at home, in pressure, and when no one's watching.

You don't need more motivation. You need alignment.

The Real Conversation

You know you're capable of more.

But something's off.

You're carrying pressure - work, family, expectations. You're showing up… but not aligned. Discipline slips. Focus drifts.

And deep down, you know you're not operating at your level.

That feeling isn't weakness. It's a signal you're ready for more.

Discipline that starts strong and fades
Respected at work. Disconnected at home.
Carrying pressure with no clear direction
Faith is there, but you're not allowing it to guide you.

Right Place. Right Time.

Is This You?

This isn't for every man. It's for a specific kind of man - one who already knows something needs to change.

This is for you if:

  • You believe in God… but your faith is passive
  • You're married, or want to be - but something isn't right
  • You can't clearly define what's wrong… but you feel it
  • You feel stuck, flat, or off track
  • You know you're capable of more - but you're not living it
  • You've lost clarity in who you are as a man

What you're feeling right now:

Disconnected in marriage
Leading on the outside, drifting on the inside
Carrying pressure but not direction
Faith is there… but not active
Going through the motions
"This isn't what it's meant to be."
The Rise Then Soar Framework™

A Clear Path Forward

This isn't motivation. It's a framework. Three phases that build on each other - designed to take you from where you are to where you're meant to be.

Phase One

Rise

Build non-negotiable structure

  • Discipline & daily standards
  • Structure & routine
  • Physical & mental baseline
  • Non-negotiable foundations

"You don't rise without structure."

Phase Two

Then

Align identity with action

  • Identity and values
  • Leadership mindset
  • Ownership
  • Internal alignment

"Most men don't lack ability - they lack alignment."

Phase Three

Soar

Execute with purpose

  • Vision & direction
  • Marriage & home leadership
  • Consistent execution under pressure
  • Sustained momentum

"This is where momentum compounds."

No Fluff. No Hand-Holding.

What Makes This Different

You've probably tried other things. Here's why this is different.

Not Therapy

You don't need to unpack your past. You need to build your future - with structure, clarity, and standards that hold.

Not Motivation

Motivation fades by Wednesday. What you need is a system that works when you don't feel like it - because discipline isn't a feeling.

Structure, Standards & Accountability

A clear framework. Direct coaching. Someone who holds the line - even when you'd prefer to lower it.

About Pete

Executive clarity meets personal conviction.

I've spent over 20 years leading in high-pressure environments - from the shop floor to the boardroom, from frontline operations to state-wide transformation at Australia's Largest Vocational Education Provider.

I led programs with 1,000+ staff, oversaw a $40 million budget, and grew a $6 million portfolio to $16 million in 18 months. I built partnerships with Volkswagen, Volvo, Qantas and the Navy. I sat on boards. I delivered at scale. Professionally, the results were there.

But through all of it, I learned the harder lesson - the one that doesn't show up on a CV. Leadership isn't just what happens in a boardroom. It's who you are when no one's watching. In your marriage. As a father. Under pressure.

As a husband in a blended family with 5 children, I know what it's like to carry weight across every area of life - and what it takes to lead well in all of them.

Most men don't need more information. They need structure, clarity, and accountability. That's what Rise Then Soar is built on - not motivation that fades, but a system that holds.
